Consolidated Contractors Group
CCC (UE)'s parent company started its operations in 1952 as Consolidated Contractors Company. In 1964 it was re-established as Consolidated Contractors Company S.A.L. In 1971 Consolidated Contractors Group (Limited) was incorporated with an authorised and paid-up capital of US $ 10 million.

Consolidated Contractors International Company S.A.L. CCIC S.A.L. is a member of the Consolidated Contractors Group which has an associate the National Petroleum Construction Company Limited, (NPCC) a company co-owned with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
Consolidated Contractors Company (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L.
A wholly owned member of the group, CCC (UE) was established in May 1976. The primary reason for formation of the company was to support the Group's marine civil division which, at that time, had secured in a consortium the prestigious Jubail Commercial Harbour Contract.
The Company operates as an autonomous member of the CCC Group of companies. But can call on the expertise and support of the Groups entire resources as necessary.
CCC (UE) has a paid up capital of US $ 1 Million.
Since 1976, CCC (UE) has expanded both geographically and technically and has firmly established itself in the local market as a competent and professional air, mixed gas and saturation diving construction company which has worked for all of the recognised major operators throughout the Middle East, India and Egypt.
To indicate CCC (UE)’s scale of operations, we completed over 70,000 man hours of saturation diving, carrying out various tasks in 1994.
In order to complement its capabilities and ranges of technical services in support of operations, CCC (UE) charter specialist vessels such as DP DSV’s, 4 point mooring vessels and vessels capable of ROV support.
Hire of specialist inspection equipment such as DNV Corroscan, ACFM crack detection equipment etc. Hire of ROV’s dependent on clients requirements, hire of specialist grouting equipment.
From February of 1989 to June 1992 CCC (UE) has provided the managerial, logistic and technical support resources together with all the diving equipment and personnel to QSS, a division of QNNTC, in Qatar for the IRM field contract of Qatar General Petroleum Company covering all of their oilfields.
CCC (UE) main areas of operations are all the Middle Eastern countries including Egypt and India. In the countries where CCC (UE) does not have registered offices we operate under our parent company CCICL who have offices throughout the Middle East.
As well as offshore work, CCC (UE) has a very active marine civil engineering division providing specialist services for harbour construction projects, installation of seawater intakes for power stations and desalination plants, sewage outfalls and the like.
CCC (UE) won a 5 year contract in 1994 in Cooperation with 'SUBSEA OFFSHORE LTD' (Aberdeen). This contract is to provide EPRS services to NPCC for the full engineering, hyperbaric welding, and diving resources for the Abu Dhabi EPRS Club made up of the oil operators in Abu Dhabi.
To further our ties with Abu Dhabi we also operate a local company Abdullah Marine Services from which we provide our full range of services for the Abu Dhabi area and offshore fields.
CCC (UE) MANAGEMENT STRUCTUREINTRODUCTIONManagement and personnel administration for the Company is in Abu Dhabi at our main base at Musaffah where a advantageous position alongside the channel is maintained giving direct access to owned and chartered vessels.The company's workshops are also situated within this facility giving direct access for equipment requirements on marine or land based projects.The Abu Dhabi Musaffah main office is responsible for bid evaluation, engineering support, co-ordination of personnel movements and materials purchasing. In this way, the company's logistics support comes under a single administrative organisation to speed response to field requirements. CCC (UE)'s base is located here due to the high level of diving operations in Abu Dhabi.
Local purchasing is handled on a project basis but for certain specialised items of equipment necessary for the diving industry, the company has, over the years, established an excellent relationship with major suppliers of such equipment in Europe, the Far East and the United States who all work in close liaison with Abu Dhabi Musaffah to arrange and follow through on air cargo shipments.
